Install the desktop application for a native experience on your computer.


Overview

  • Download — Get the installer from your admin or the link provided to your organization.
  • Sign in — Open the app and sign in with your platform credentials (or SSO if enabled).
  • Updates — The app will prompt when updates are available.

Requirements

  • Windows 10/11 or macOS 10.15+
  • An active platform account

Steps

  1. Download the installer for your operating system.
  2. Run the installer and follow the on-screen steps.
  3. Open the app and sign in (or use SSO).
  4. Optional: enable desktop notifications and auto-launch in the in-app settings.

Tips

  • If the app won’t start, try reinstalling or running as administrator (Windows).
  • For login issues, confirm your URL and credentials in a browser first, then try again in the app.
