Notes
Capture and organize information on jobs, leads, and other records.
Overview
- Add notes — Attach notes to a job, lead, or contact; rich text when supported.
- Comments — Reply in thread and use @mentions to notify teammates.
- Context — Notes stay with the record so the team has full context.
How to use
- Open the record (e.g. job or lead).
- Find the Notes section and click Add note.
- Type your note, use @mentions if needed, then save.
Tips
- Use notes for decisions, follow-ups, and context that should stay with the record.
- Keep notes concise; use formatting when the tool supports it.
