Notes

Capture and organize information on jobs, leads, and other records.


Overview

  • Add notes — Attach notes to a job, lead, or contact; rich text when supported.
  • Comments — Reply in thread and use @mentions to notify teammates.
  • Context — Notes stay with the record so the team has full context.

How to use

  1. Open the record (e.g. job or lead).
  2. Find the Notes section and click Add note.
  3. Type your note, use @mentions if needed, then save.

Tips

  • Use notes for decisions, follow-ups, and context that should stay with the record.
  • Keep notes concise; use formatting when the tool supports it.
